...yeah. If you can't tell I totally got kinda lazy with these pages, 'specially 11. Maybe 'cause they're such boring ones -_-; Next week's are a bit more interesting, I think. Maybe.
In the meantime, between inking and school and whatnot, I've gotten a start on the sketching for Chapter 3. And so far it's not really following the script at all XD. But that's okay, I like it better this way. I really wanna get through this chapter so I can get to it already XP.
Anyway, don't forget about the Create-a-Half-creature contest, please! I've got one entry and two should-be-entering's so far. Unfortunately, I am gonna need more than 3 for it to be any kind of contest. There's no deadline yet, but I was thinking something like the end of March. So anyway, consider it at least, please ^^;
Okay then, off to see if I have homework, and if not, waste the day on video games! =D
... Actually, I'm a little stuck on my half-owl's hands. I was just going to give her wings instead of arms, but... how's she going to hold stuff? So I'm trying to design wing-ish arms that are still usable...
@Tyto: Hmm. You have a point there. *thinks*
Well, like I said, the half-bird anatomy isn't set in stone, so you can take some creative liberties with it. Since she'll have a full-owl form too, it's not totally necessary she be able to fly in half-owl form, I suppose. So you could get away with just some feathers on the arms instead of full-blown wings, I think.
But, if you've got a better idea, by all means give it a shot. This issue was my mistake for not thinking it through XP.
